Submit a proposal to speak at AIEC 2025

Share your expertise and build your profile in international education by submitting a proposal to present at AIEC 2025 in October in Canberra/Ngambri

The Call for Proposals is open until 14 March, and we invite our #intled colleagues to submit a proposal to speak. Whether you have new research findings, case studies, innovative solutions, or insights on emerging policies, AIEC offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with Australia’s international education sector.

2025’s theme, ‘navigating change’ is designed to equip delegates with the tools and insights necessary to lead their organisations through uncertainty, fostering resilient and forward-thinking professionals in our industry. As leaders in this evolving landscape, AIEC provides a vital platform for us to unite and tackle the pressing challenges confronting our students.

We invite you to:
  • engage in insightful discussions, interactive workshops and inspiring keynote sessions focused on building resilience and forward-thinking attitudes
  • examine the effects of uncertainty across the sector, discover innovative teaching methods and ways of working to adapt and thrive
  • learn how educators, professionals and students alike can benefit from embracing change and uncertainty to their advantage

Key dates

The submissions portal will close on 14 March at 5pm AEDT / UTC+11.
